AI existed at the end of the 20th century. Two reasons explain the current situation in the world and what has happened over the past twenty years.
First, men have a latency of their intelligence which can be quite long. As a result, they do not understand the degradation of the atmospheric layer and the future that must soon be given to humanity. The resources of the planet being limited, there can be no sustainable traditional growth, and the reduction of demography is not a solution.
Second, they tend to plan decades in advance of what will happen and of what they will say about these events. They thus renounce to any intellectual initiative.
The goals we have indicated are easy to implement, but not with these conditions. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a good reference1, and the only problem we have had on Earth for thousands of years is phallocracy, or social fascism. Men can usurp democracy and render capitalism inefficient by preventing competition.
